The Small Holder Agriculture Project under the Ministry of Lands, Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development is inviting existing women and youth owned Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) from its 18 participating districts to submit Concept Notes indicating their desire to participate in the SACP. The objective of the Expression of Interest (EoI) for MSEs is to register these enterprises as part of the project beneficiaries and understand their agribusiness development proposals for upgrading different value chains under the SACP initiative. Interested MSEs are requested to complete the EoI application package which consists of the following forms;
- MSE Only Registration Form
- MSE Only Concept Note Template
- Eligibility Criteria
The Call for EOI will run for a period of one month from the 1st of October 2025 and the completed application package will be submitted to the District Agritex Offices by the 22nd of October 2025. This is a targeted call for specific Female and Youth owned MSEs. Interested MSEs from the stated districts will be supported by the SACP District Officers to complete the application forms. Only districts where SACP has geographical coverage are eligible to submit applications.

Kindly note that the submission of Registration Forms and Concept Notes does not guarantee access to the available matching grants under the SACP. Submitted Concept Notes will be pre-screened and feedback will be provided to all the applicants. MSEs with approved Concept Notes will be registered to work with SACP and undergo intensive capacity building trainings prior to submitting applications for grants.
