The success of any team is heavily reliant on the strength and cohesion of its teams. Staff from the SACP  took part in a two day team building workshop held in July. The workshop was necessitated by the realisation that the team had diverse backgrounds the need to create team work and synergies for the achievement of project objectives.

The training, which was led by the Ministry’s Human Resources was facilitated by the Public Service Commission. All project staff attended the training which focused on issues such as communication, conflict management in teams as well as a number of outdoor activities that also focused on planning, understanding project objectives, and working together while taking note of each team’s individual strength.
